We are committed to providing you with a seamless and satisfactory shopping experience. This page outlines the terms and conditions of Kinderen Corporation.
Please carefully review these terms, conditions, and policies before making any purchase of Kinderen products. It is important to acknowledge that placing an order for any of our products implies your agreement to abide by these terms and conditions, as well as the provided information. We are committed to providing you with a seamless and satisfactory shopping experience.
Returns/Exchange Policy:
We accept returns within 14 from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, in the same condition as received, all tags intact, and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our Customer Service team at Kinderenclothingco@gmail.com to obtain a shipping label. Please include in your email the following:
a. Order number and name of purchaser
b. Photo of product with tags on and in new condition
c. Reason for return
2. Pack the item securely, including any accessories or documentation that were included with the
product.
3. Ship using the shipping label provided by our Customer Service team.
International Returns (From Outside the Canada): Customer will be responsible for the return mailing fees.
Clearance and sale items are considered FINAL SALE upon payment and are not eligible for cancellation, return, refund or exchange.
If you purchased from a third party vendor ( a local boutique or third party online store, you must return the product to that store, according to their return/exchange policy. Should your package be returned to Kinderen by the mail carrier for any reason (such as incorrect addresses, abandoned parcel, unable to deliver, ext) we will cancel the order and a refund (not including shipping fees) will be provided.
Refunds:
Please keep the returned package tracking info. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2 weeks. When approved, the refund
will be processed, and a store credit will be sent to you. Certain items are not eligible for return, including final sale items and personal use items.
Damaged or Defective Items:
We stand by our products at Kinderen as they are crafted with precision and designed for longevity. In the case that there is an issue related to a defect, please notify us via email (kinderenclothingco@gmail.com) with photos attached within 48 hours of delivery if there are issues with the product in its new and unworn condition.
Shipping Policy:
We offer several shipping options, including shipping to your address (within Canada and USA) or curbside pick-up at selection locations.
Canadian Shipping
Our orders ship via Canada Post or UPS from Canada. All orders placed before 10AM (MST) will be shipped the same day, any orders after 10AM (MST) will be shipped the next business day.
As soon as your order has been processed and shipped you will receive a confirmation including tracking.

Shipping within Canada is FREE for orders $75+
Shipping within Canada for orders under $75 is $12.
USA Shipping
All orders are shipped by Canada Post/ USPS or UPS.
Shipping to USA is FREE for orders $100+
Shipping to USA for orders under $100 is $15.99.
**NOTE: We currently ship all online orders from Canada. If your order is being shipped to an address outside of Canada, there may be associated taxes and/or duties due upon delivery. Customer is responsible to pay all applicable duties and taxes that may be required upon delivery. While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or customs delays may impact delivery. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
Order Cancelling/Editing:
To cancel or edit your order (add something, remove something, change the shipping address), please email kinderenclothingco@gmail.com with your order number within 12hrs of purchasing. All requests for editing or cancelling an order outside of 12 hours will not be accepted.
Use & Care:
Kinderen products are designed for longevity. You want to make sure you are caring for your bamboo products properly in order to maintain the Kinderen bamboo you have fallen in love with. You want to use a detergent that doesn’t contain any fragrances, dyes, optical brighteners, bleach or other extras that can irritate the skin as well as strip the bamboo’s softness. A nice, gentle detergent is all that is needed.
Follow these instructions to preserve the integrity of your products and keep them looking & feeling like new for longer:
- Cold water
- Gentle cycle
- Wash with like products
- Zip zippers up.
- Hang to dry or air dry (specific setting on your dryer)
Manufacturer Defect Warranty:
All our products are subject to strict quality control before we approve them for sale! We do offer a 3- month warranty period that provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects. The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the products. It does not cover pilling, dye fading or stains caused by use. If you feel your product falls under our manufacturer defect warranty please email kinderenclothingco@gmail.com
Sales/Promotions:
All Sale items are a final sale.
Please note we are not able to apply any discount codes to orders that are made prior to a sale/promotion beginning.
Privacy Policy:
Kinderen may retain the information you provide on our site when creating a customer account, submitting inquiries, making purchases, participating in promotions, or registering for our newsletter. While you have the option to withhold certain personal details, this may limit your access to specific features of the site.
Your submitted information will be utilized by Kinderen to enhance the quality of our services, inform you of specials and promotions, and personalize your shopping experience. Kinderen will not disclose your information to third parties except in the following cases:
1. With your explicit consent.
2. If required by law or if Kinderen, in good faith, deems such action necessary to comply with applicable laws or regulations.
3. To protect the rights or property of Kinderen or another user, or to enforce the terms of use.
4. In the event of a business transfer to any successor.
5. With agents and individuals employed by Kinderen to perform tasks on our behalf, such as customer service, credit card transaction processing, order fulfillment, package delivery, data analysis, and email and postal mail distribution.
You have the option to stop receiving electronic communication from Kinderen at any time by:
1. Clicking & Unsubscribe from this list & at the bottom of any email.
2. Emailing Kinderen at kinderenclothingco@gmail.com
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security
Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
